We also use analytical and statistical cookies to see how visitors use our pages, as well as cookies placed by embedded YouTube videos.<\/p>\n\n<p>For all cookies that are not strictly necessary, we ask for your consent via the cookie notice. Sharing with others<\/h2>\n\n<p>We do not sell your data and do not provide it to third parties for commercial purposes. We conclude data processing agreements with these parties, stipulating that they only use your data on our instructions and secure it appropriately.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Advisers involved in a transaction<\/strong>, such as accountants, lawyers and due diligence specialists, exclusively within the scope of the process concerned and subject to confidentiality.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Authorities to which we are legally required to provide data<\/strong>, for example the Dutch Tax Administration or a supervisory authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Some of our suppliers are based outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In that case, data is only transferred on the basis of a valid transfer mechanism, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.<\/p>\n\n<h2>6. Confidentiality of company information<\/h2>\n\n<p>In an exploratory conversation, entrepreneurs and advisers often share sensitive company information with us. We treat that information as strictly confidential. We do not share it with third parties without your explicit consent, and within our team we limit access to the people involved in the process concerned. On request, we record this in advance in a non-disclosure agreement.<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. Our website only works over a secure connection, access to systems is personal and limited to staff who need the data, and we keep our software up to date. Your rights<\/h2>\n\n<p>Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Access.<\/strong> You can request which personal data we process about you.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Rectification.<\/strong> You can have incorrect or incomplete data corrected or supplemented.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Erasure.<\/strong> You can ask us to delete your data, unless we are legally required to keep it.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Restriction.<\/strong> You can have the processing restricted, for example while an objection is being handled.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Objection.<\/strong> You can object to processing that we base on a legitimate interest.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Portability.<\/strong> You can receive the data you have provided in a commonly used file format.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Withdrawal of consent.<\/strong> If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To avoid providing data to the wrong person, we may ask you to prove your identity. We will respond within one month of receiving your request. Filing a complaint<\/h2>\n\n<p>If you disagree with the way we handle your data, we would like to hear from you first so that we can resolve it together. Changes<\/h2>\n\n<p>We may amend this privacy statement, for example when our working methods or the legislation change. The current version is always available on this page.
